Fix grad field construction #7

One issue to solve:

When constructing grad, the chanpos and chanori fields need to be the same length the number of overall channels otherwise Fieldtrip complains. Could give these arbitrary positions and orientations?

Related to this:

1) For other data types the number of channels in data and grad does not need to be equal...???

2) ft_opm_create should be able to reorder the grad information based on the order of the data labels
