1. Post processing is creating subfolders for each setup (Same as in the rawdata, but it doesn’t matter after postprocessing; All flies should go to the same folder)
2. Arena.png are black
3. ‘Visualizer’ as output of the analysis node so one doesn’t have to open the node
4. Visualizer is not in order (seems to be 2,4,1,3) – are the flies in order?
5. .csv saved have a wrong frame count and it’s not consistent
6. Videos saved are empty
7. It doesn’t go to the next video
8. Sleap inference view.csv is not saving, only the data from the points
9. It’s saving all the flies files together, would be nice to have a folder for each fly (It gets confusing to look into the folder)
10. VideoWriter frame rate could a general setting (If possible it would look into the original file, Alternative one could set it easily)

Should be done once the new bonsai version is released. Meanwhile, only 1 of the videos will have more than a single frame. Otherwise, everything else should be working. Closing for now, but feel free to reopen later if needed.
