Assemble online visualizers

The following variables should be exposed in the visualizer:

Time series:

• [x] Rotary encoder speed
• [x] Piezo lick sensor

Images

• [x] Camera feed

Text-based (we might consider implementing these as a simple raster). To start, we will just use the render timestamp.

• [x] Stimulus presentation onset

Consider adding a general event visualizer (this would implement the reward onset, led onset, stimulus presentation onset)
