2 years ago Had to do some extra steps to create a Saved Session on UCSC and generate a persistent link that is accessible to everyone: http://genome-euro.ucsc.edu/s/bschilder/cutntag_benchmarking
Additional requested features from @nottalexi and @SarahMarzi and myself:
- [ ] "Find better labels for ENCODE and Henikoff data. I’m guessing the one with the ENCFF… extension is ENCODE, but it’s not directly clear. And I can’t tell which ones are CUT&Tag vs CUT&RUN from the Henikoff samples."
- [ ] "lower the max vertical viewing scale to 50 or so."
- [ ] "lower the track height. I use 45."
- [ ] Make pretty colors

Been told by @leylaabbasova and @NathanSkene that the default UCSC GB tracks just show up instead though.
