Reduce size of *EpiCompare_example.html* #106

Due to the various features that have been added, the file inst/report/EpiCompare_example.html is now 6.2Mb, which puts the package over the 5Mb limit accepted by CRAN/Bioc.

We can reduce its size by making it non-interactive and/or reducing the number of plots included.

Since this file is not actually used anywhere in EpiCompare (only for the GitHub), it can be safely ignored by adding the following to .Rbuildignore:

^inst/report
^report/
