1 year ago I've added a new function: EpiCompare::download_button to facilitate this (EpiCompare v1.3.3).
This does require an additional dep downloadthis, but I think it's worth it since this functionality is quite handy.
Save peak files after they've been processed.
Could add a button to the report which shows where the are saved.
