Make custom EpiCompare Rmarkdown theme #140

Now added via inst/rmarkdown/custom.css, which gets supplied to the EpiCompare.Rmd file by adding the css: custom.css arg to the yaml header.

The header now links to the GitHub repo (in the text EpiCompare) and the Bioc page (by clicking the hex sticker). This is generated by the new function report_header()
