GHA are an awesome new feature. They automatically check all your code an make sure it installs on different kinds of computers.

You can set these up in your repo by following these instructions: https://github.com/neurogenomics/r_workflows

To set up GHA, I need to obtain Codecov token for EpiCompare repository, and I've tried using the link, https://app.codecov.io/gh/epigenomics/EpiCompare, but it tells me I'm unauthorised. I also can't see the neurogenomics/EpiCompare repository on my Codecov. Perhaps, something to do with authorising access to neurogenomics?

Thats bc the repo is private. Also the link should be: https://app.codecov.io/gh/neurogenomics/EpiCompare

I'll send you a token you can use via Slack
