`EpiCompare::EpiCompare`: return output file path(s) #76

I think currently EpiCompare::EpiCompare returns NULL, but may as well return the paths to the rendered html file (or files). That way it makes it obvious where all the outputs are when the subdirectories are automatically created when length(reference)>1
