Preferably, will use a controlled ontology to ensure machine readability and comparability across profiles.

[x] Medical Subject Headings: Very comprehensive; includes Natural Science Disciplines, Investigative Techniques, and Information Science.

Do not need to use a controlled ontology (but could still do some NLP to get into machine-readable format).
