Wet lab onboarding #5

@mariaweinert we should probably have some info for new wet lab starters, e.g. which freezers are ours and what goes in each one; how we use lab step; what information we should put on there.... The links in https://github.com/neurogenomics/labwiki/wiki/Courses-and-forms-for-new-experimental-staff-and-students are not working with following error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Also, can you generate a new wiki page for labstep and freezer stuff? Or change the title of the current wiki: courses and forms to something more general.
