Split or adjust the team members listed in section 'Development' #11

The Team page has a section with 12 names for 'development'.

I think this section should be split and maybe re-arranged.

@prioux I agree. What do you suggest as re-arrangement.

@bryancaron would you have suggestions?

We can look into it more next week. Not a pressing issue and has different elements of consideration.

@bryancaron I've recently updated the team member page (to add new, and remove old members), and the more I look at it, I think we need to re-vamp in a simple way. @jbpoline suggested using an alphabetical order instead of grouping by function. Let us know your thoughts.

Thats an easy change and i usually use an alphabetical list for the other projects. Do we still want to leave jb and bryan on top or put everyone in the same group?

I want it on the record that I object to having Ksenia Zaytseva listed in the About->Team page, given:

  1. She's listed as Software Infrastructure Developer
  2. I can't find a single line of code anywhere in the neurohub websites or backends that can be linked to this person.
