Stats Canada Data in Datalad Repository with DATS #13

Local repository created. I have yet to publish it to NeuroHub/conp-dataset.

Need some help with datalad create-sibling-github.

Stats Canada data is there -- as long as it's the Stats Canada data I'm thinking of -- the EPOI data for Montreal for 2018.

I'm still working on the DATS file associated with the data.

I've read the Pritchard's paper and dissertation. I'm ready to take a stab at producing the synthetic ecosystem that can then be actually published (the original PUMS data cannot be made public).

Ok, that was part of the point of doing this in the first place is to have data in NH that couldn't be openly shared and how this would work, and could we do it.

Yep. I should have added that the private is doable with a direct URL to a password protected site but I’m still figuring out how to do that I derectly through datalad or git-annex.
