Install OSF using docker-compose #50

I installed OSF dev machine on a VM and shared images so other can use. If there is expectation to have working online demo, note that Docker-compose solution is not intended for production or public demo just to be used on a developers machine.

Not sure though is Artubus installation is going without docker-compose
