We would like to dedicate some time for this
Probably a good place to start: errors retrieving frames in crab project
Some open questions
- is the issue related to input/output seeking?
- is this an error for some video encodings only? (see SLEAP docs)
  - what is the role of -preset superfast in this? (see SLEAP docs)
- how do we check if we can reliably seek frames or not?
