Consider splitting up imaging -> histology & (in-vivo) imaging #1

There's (nearly) no overlap in tools between the two sets of fluroescence microscopy, so it may be useful to split up the wiki sections.

How about Histology vs Functional Imaging (the latter including calcium and voltage imaging)?

Sounds good (assuming nobody starts with fMRI/fUSI)

Currently, it's 'imaging' and 'histology', with examples of what tools would go where
