A guide to create a GIN private repository.

It's a bit on the lengthy side, any feedback on reducing is welcome 🙃

! It would be great if someone (@neuroinformatics-unit/neuroinformatics-all - ideally who has a need for GIN!) could test these steps properly.

I am planning to do this later in the week, but others should too. Maybe also something for @viktorpm given that he will lead uploading lots of new atlas versions to GIN soon?

How much work is there left here before we can merge?

From my side, I've approved and am therefore happy for this to be merged. @sfmig will need to definitively call it.

Not much work, just need to implement a few remaining comments from the code review.
