Update folder structure with some additions similar to BIDS spec and address #6

Not introduced by this PR, but this typo on the homepage bugs me:

will be built to interpolate seamlessly with this folder structure.

I guess "interpolate" should be "interoperate" @JoeZiminski ?

I've fixed the typos and examples, thanks for taking a look. If everyone is happy I will do a final check and merge. I will try and conjoin it on one page with file-naming for now in a new PR for reader convenience if that sounds good, but if it's all looking too long we can split again?
