Closes #27
I removed backticks from all words that did not explicitly correspond to code or to actual folder/file names. So:
subject
session
datatype
SWC-Blueprint
Specific instances of subject/session/datatype, e.g. sub-01, ses-01, funcimg remain with backticks, as they appear in folder trees.
sub-01
ses-01
funcimg
I hope this makes the text formatting more consistent.
