Fix zulip links. #49

This PR closes #35, removing the dulpicate reference to the chat and adding the icon in the top right. I did this as opened the original PR but didn't realise it had been assigned, apologies hope this does not duplicate any work! One issue is the zulip chat link is still called SWC-Blueprint (even though the zulip chat is called NeuroBlueprint), not sure if we can do anything about this?

*also apologies the diff is weird because I newlined the file for readability
