Hey @yarikoptic, thanks for taking the time to review NeuroBlueprint and to raise these questions!

Me and @JoeZiminski are in the process of writing up responses to these kinds of concerns. We need some time to clearly commit our thoughts to paper, but we'll make sure to share the post(s) with you and the world.

Thanks for getting in touch @JuliusWelzel ! I'm aware of MotionBIDS and it's also relevant for another project of ours.

I'll re-read MotionBIDS in detail and get in touch with you with questions/comments if necessary.
