Why is this PR needed?

I need some review of my direction and general comments. This is a first draft with lots still missing.
Yesterday I liked my slides, but today I don't :D
There's also still a mentimeter to prepare :scream:

I see that code-overflow: wrap is set at the beginning of index.qmd but actually not applied everywhere. I don't know why is this happening. It's quite annoying to see the effect it has on slide 16.
