Improvements from team meeting discussion

• [x] replace Adam with CH as the TA
• [x] adapt the menti to shorter version of course (and allow for the fact that people will just have learnt Python and git) (AF)
• [x] tell steve about GH auth
• [x] make a fresh copy of the exercises repo (LP)
• [x] remove RSE Society etc slide
• [x] remove ARC cookiecutter slide
• [x] document pre-requisites (including for people that just attend this part of the course): update website in other repo, including new overview (because course is now shorter)
• [x] remove check whether we need refresh ideaboardz slide (we will have one big feedback at the end)
• [x] split phdcomics across 3 slides

@lauraporta I've just noticed that io is a core Python module, so maybe naming our file io.py in the slides is a bad idea? How about input_output.py or read_write.py?
