Explore existing packages for relevant metrics, features

Many existing packages have relevant functionalities, metrics, features that we (may) want. For example, Rtrack has functions for the analysis of spatial navigation strategies in standard mouse behaviour tasks (e.g. Morris water maze, open field etc.). It's worth exploring these functionalities and learning what we can. This issue keeps track of a list of such packages.

• Rtrack - that has some of the functionalities we want. For example, it has functions for the analysis of spatial navigation strategies in standard mouse behaviour tasks (e.g. Morris water maze, open field etc.).
• The Mouse Action Recognition System (MARS) software pipeline provides a number of useful spatiotemporal features extracted from pose tracks in a resident-intruder setup (see Table 3 for the full list of features).
• ColonyTrack has ethogram, ROI-related metrics.
