Bringing MacOS support back + Dev notes

• MacOS is supported again! (had to do some specialized requirements along side with module detection)
• Windows now compiles using the Nuitka compiler, while Mac still remains using the PyInstaller compiler
• Did some super organizing of imports so we know what's actually being used in files
• Tried to make all python files in project more PEP 8 compliant
• All scripts are now in a separate folder, and resources folder was renamed to shorten keystrokes while coding

NOTE: Mac will not have the acrylic like theme that Windows has, but a planned blurry transparent theme may be possible in the future.
