Test images from NeuroVault #26

This looks exciting. How do we input a test image?

This is still WIP in terms of UI. Currently, it's in its simplest form: when you signed in, you need to go to Dashboard > Tests and click New Test. On the right, there will be an input box, where you enter an ID of an image on NeuroVault.
