2 years ago Currently missing in the docs:
- is the submission structure correct?
- are the data properly cached with repo2data? (data should be installed with
repo2dataand the logs should sayalready downloaded. - license of the data ok? -> needs to allow for redistribution e.g. CC license.
- is the doi of the data provided, if available? -> if there is a doi such as zenodo or figshare, it should
- versioning of the data -> download from a repo with version control
- versioning of the software dependencies -> force specific version
- check references resolve correctly inc DOIs
just a placeholder for now. This issue is anticipated to turn into a thread, spawning issues to improve reviewer docs.
