how to have dynamic node usage (provide more nodes if we want people to have tutorial for short period)

Can we translate the question you are asking as "what happens if we have a really high user demand and max-out compute resources allocated for us, can we have more resources on demand?"

So this is a little related to open stack (what CC uses to spawn you own ressources, issue neurolibre/neurolibre-binderhub#7). The question is how can we control the number of nodes dynamically i.e. assigning more nodes if there are more users. All of this because we share CC ressources for allan with other groups, and we don't want to allocate a lot of ressources "statically" and prevent them for using it.

I see. Yeah, this looks like a managerial issue that we can mostly talk/learn but probably not change much about :)

This issue will become more of a priority as we get more users.
