What actions do we want the bots to automate?

We must think about it, but I think it should be somethings like : "Warning clients if they have open reviews on hold" "Warning reviewers if a pull request is on hold" "Create automatically a submission issue whenever we fork a repository" Also all the jupyter book stuff that could be trigerred once a submission is closed

Do you have other/better ideas ?
