updates the climate pre-reqs by copying over other updates from https://github.com/neuromatch/precourse/blob/main/prereqs/ClimateScience.md

we will need to change this PR to point to and internal branch first

Yes I know an internal branch will need to be created so that the checks can run. I know it is just a markdown file but the book builds with it I presume....not sure if anything other than process-notebooks gets triggered on a PR. This is the process we discussed for day leads. If it needs to be different please let me know.

yea I know its just a markdown file, but it needs to be processed for the publishing workflow to include it. I will do that for you.
