VS Code needs restart to reconfigure "Open output pane with Existing Jupyter Notebook" #185

I experienced the issue right after a fresh installation. I put in the configuration for a remote server incorrectly(e.g. wrong token or port). When trying "Open output pane with Existing Jupyter Notebook" again, the command does not execute correctly. The configuration dialogue does not start. No configuration is possible until vscode gets restarted.

Edit: Additional info: I use macOS Mojave v. 10.14.1 on a MacBook Pro 2017 and vs code version 1.29.1 I installed the extension via Marketplace
