currently runs on the brats dataset. need to try this out on the nobrainer dataset.

@dhritimandas @Hoda1394 This repo was mainly for nobrainer (current and upcoming) models train and test scripts. For Monai and other pytorch related codes, I suggest we directly push it to Zoo...
