it's from @fedorov - andrey we should chat sometime.
our current framework is here, based on trained-models: https://neuronets.dev/trained-models/
also moving this to trained-models
It will be good to explore synergies here!
Dennis @denbonte and Leo @LennyN95 are the development leads, and Hugo Aerts @hugoaerts is the overall PI of the project. Maybe we all should get together sometime to discuss?
are you going to OHBM (next week, Montreal) by any chance?
I am not in the brain community, so I had to google what OHBM stands for :-D - No! I doubt anyone else from the team will be there.
@fedorov - i'll be away for a bit, but second half of august may be good to put a brainstorming session in locally. would be happy to have folks over on this side of the river if it works. nice to gh-meet ( @denbonte, @LennyN95, @hugoaerts )
Hey All,
A pleasure to meet you @satra and @yarikoptic!
I love the example model card idea, it reminded me straight away of this quite famous publication by Timnit Gebru 🙃
I would love to have a brainstorming session later in August (I will also be away for the first half of the month - but I'm sure we can find a moment that suits everyone)! Also, by then, we plan to have our first soft release of MHub.AI ready - so that won't hurt!
P.S. - I started my imaging research in the Neuroscience field some years ago, and I have quite a few friends still in the field traveling to OHBM next week. I'll tell them to stop by 😃
Primarily around clinical imaging, thus I guess operating on DICOMs, but overall sounds related -- check out e.g. https://mhub.ai/models.html . May be the same portal could/should be reused for this effort too?
