Add UniverSeg #69

TODO: I will be adding the UniverSeg model to this repo within the DDIG folder.

Actually, i don’t :) I really liked this work and felt it would be a useful addition to the zoo. Thanks, will surely reach out in case of any issues.

Hi @dhritimandas Did you happen to make any progress on this so we can try putting it in the zoo?

I thought you all were still finalizing the instructions/templates for pushing models to the zoo, so I have been waiting for that to get back to you.
