Documentation website is down #2935

Context

It seems the domain https://neuron.yale.edu is down

Overview of the issue

Click on that link, it doesnt work

Expected result/behavior

I think the link should be working

I know it's not a bug, I just wanted to report it as I couldnt find the yale help desk website.

It was down over the weekend but fixed now.

That said, please don't use the Yale site for anything other than the forum. Only https://nrn.readthedocs.io is maintained.
