GRE-T1w is saved as T1w #2

I used https://github.com/neuropoly/bids_neuropoly/commit/750e66b5128710395b8e0d736e21481c898645ef on sct_037 dataset.

In the final step on the convertion I have the following output (I removed the unnecessary lines):
