Scholarship calendar

I would like to create a Calendar which lists deadlines for scholarship applications, which would be filled by students in the lab. The objective is to share information on deadlines. To Do:

• [ ] using a NeuroPoly account: create a Google calendar shareable and modifiable by students
• [ ] Write a protocol for adding application deadlines (suggestion : adding deadline to the calendar and setting a reminder 2 weeks in advance is ?)
• [ ] Add the calendar link to the calendar page
• [ ] Add the protocol and calendar link to the scholarship page

Any feedback ?

Also, I don't know how to perform the first task, as I don't have access to a NeuroPoly account. @mathieuboudreau @jcohenadad How should I do ?

I made a calendar with the same permissions as the others and sketched it in at https://github.com/neuropoly/intranet.neuro.polymtl.ca/pull/102. Does that look good? Feel free to edit that branch @plbenveniste

Thanks @kousu ! If you can, I would rename the calendar from Scholarships to NeuroPoly - Scholarships (so that people don't confuse it with their personal calendar).

What does everybody feel about having a standard protocol that suggest adding a reminder 2 weeks before the deadline ?
