Bugs with sphinx-book-theme:

If the ToC overflows, it can get stuck and slide with the page

For some reason this doesn't happen on https://www.neuro.polymtl.ca/, only on https://intranet.neuro.polymtl.ca/
The menu slider is done in javascript instead of with CSS media queries
- Unnecessarily heavy
- On mobile browsers, means the menu is obscuring the entire page until the entire page loads and the JS kicks in

Ah I see it on https://www.neuro.polymtl.ca/publications.html too (Firefox Ubuntu 18.04). Weird glitch. I wonder if it's supposed to be on purpose?
