The 'VPN' section is not intuitively found

By default it is hidden:

It is expanded only when going to the main section:

Some solutions:

• For some important sections, we might want to bring them as 'headings 1' so they are always visible
• We could modify the theme. Although expanding every headings might also be overwhelming.
