Remove old links to dokuwiki #15

We have changed the DNS, the old dokuwiki is no longer available.

For example this page contains links to PDFs from old dokuwiki.

We need to find a way to store old files on GH or somewhere else.

As for the PDFs, they can be embedded directly into the site with #21. I dug out the dokuwiki archive while working on it so I can find these files...
