Improve robustness of browse_volume_dir #2

3DSlicer module allows to automatically load and display a UI case list when a volume folder is selected, assuming a BIDS convention. However, the method is not robust to different scenarios, for example if a folder containing multiple sites is selected.

This issue is about addressing the way of improving consistency when volumes are loaded and displayed in the UI case list.

Action tasks:

[ ] Discuss strategies with Dr. Letourneau-Guillon's team
[ ] Refine the function in browse_volume_dir that enables allCases.yaml 'FILES_SEG' list creation
[ ] Verify it works also for remainingCases.yaml 'FILES_SEG' list
