Can anyone provide test files for segmentation? NIIFTI compressed preferably.

Sure! this spine-generic database is public and includes a bunch of derivatives. See also the collection of BIDS example datasets, and many many other examples on OpenNeuro.

P.S. I've renamed this issue so it is easier/more intuitive to find in the future
