Clearer documentation of creating jobs and job files in Alliance Canada #77

The README for creating the jobs in Alliance Canada should contain more minute details. For example, https://github.com/neuropoly/template/blob/a7915f4ccfa075a5d31f4ea84bb9761d42710e9e/README.md?plain=1#L215 should mention that the my_job.sh file should be created inside the template folder.

The generate_template.py causes some issues while running the script on Compute Canada -- here is a discussion related to it -- https://github.com/neuropoly/template/pull/79#issue-1912235569
