Solves https://github.com/neuropoly/template/issues/78 This PR updates the way the nist-mni library was imported. I have updated it according to the latest version and imports.

Tested in dog data ✅ , tested on Philadelphia data ✅

Merging this PR since this script has been successfully able to generate the templates for both Paediatric dataset and Dog dataset.
