[x] Obtain PAM50 individual subject MPRAGE data registered to the PAM50 with vertebrae and SC seg @NathanMolinier @yw7
[x] Obtain spine-generic individual subject MPRAGE data registered to the PAM50 with vertebrae and SC seg @etdufay @VictorBaillet
[x] Aggregate data in a BIDS-compatible dataset on duke:projects/total_segmentator (internal server) for training model
[ ] Change write permission for total_segmentator folder on duke @jcohenadad

@yw7 @NathanMolinier please identify all the dataset, their locations, their versions, how they are backed up, how they are copied for training, etc.
