Utilizing DE functions #13

Hi! How do you suggest implementing the updated findmarker functions from [http://github.com/jordansquair/Seurat]. When I try to load the functions I keep getting errors in regards to "Seurat" is locked; no changes in the global variables list may be made.

Is there's a way you recommend running/ loading/ installing the modified version of Seurat 3.1.5 that you've built?

I have never seen this error so I'm not immediately sure how to troubleshoot it. Can you start by providing a bit more information about how you are installing the modified version of Seurat? Do you get this error in a clean conda env?
