bug: fix mutations #16

The FSM is now being used for mutations but isn't mutating the crypto scheme or how it grabs text from the liber primus, these both need to be fixed.

Grabbing text has been mutated, need to confirm the crypto scheme has as well. See #18 for a bug that has been created as a result of mutating text retrieval
