Added subtlexUS frequency models for all datasets. Also deleting the old spoken frequency models (the ones with COCA norms) in this PR (unless @adelavega @tyarkoni have something against it), as subtlexUS is also a spoken corpus.

@adelavega almost ready to merge, except for two issues:

NV upload for A25Bv fails (I've also tried with neuroscout-upload). It's a LTSmodel, with all predictors. May have something do with model name (rather long). Could you look into that?
Report generation for LTS is really, really slow. Not high priority, but just signaling it.

Once the last collection is uploaded to NV, this is ready to be merged.

Once https://github.com/neuroscout/neuroscout-paper/issues/9 is fixed, this can be merged.
