Added URL format support for template in neu create. Before and after images included.

Hello.. thank you very much for sending this one. We have a small problem with this change. We would like to keep --template flag definition according to the documentation by supporting GitHub repo identifiers. Let's see if someone needs to use another Git hosting service. Let's re-open this pull request then.
