Port in frontend wait is hardcoded to 3000 #229

When waiting for a frontend dev server the logged port is coming from devUrl but the port checked with waitUntilUsed is hardcoded to 3000.

I noticed now this issue is a duplicate of https://github.com/neutralinojs/neutralinojs-cli/issues/223.
